  1. Refund Eligibility for Custom Services
    1.1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We take pride in our craftsmanship. If you are dissatisfied with your final product, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to find a fair resolution.

1.2. Production Errors: If Allday Customs makes a significant error during the production process (e.g., wrong size, incorrect design placement, or material defects), you are eligible for a full refund or a complimentary replacement, at the discretion of our quality control team.

Refund & Resolution Process


2.1. Notification: To initiate a claim, email us at support@alldaycustoms.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a brief description of the concern.

2.2. Evidence & Evaluation: To expedite the process, please provide clear photos or videos illustrating the defect or error. Our team will review the materials and may reach out for further clarification.

2.3. Resolution Options: Depending on the specific case, we may offer:

A full or partial refund to the original payment method.

A complimentary re-print/re-production of the item.

Store credit for future purchases.

Non-Refundable Situations


3.1. Change of Mind: Because our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, we cannot offer refunds or returns for “change of mind” or if the product is no longer needed after production has begun.

3.2. Customer-Provided Errors: Allday Customs is not responsible for errors resulting from:

Low-resolution artwork or typos in the files provided by the customer.

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Incorrect sizing selections made by the customer.

Note: While these cases aren’t eligible for full refunds, we value your business and will work with you to provide a discounted replacement if possible.

Exchanges


Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel and transfers, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If there is a physical defect or an error on our part, we will resolve it through the re-print or refund process mentioned in Section 2.
